Micromist Humidifier

The Micromist Humidifier is a compressed air-driven humidification system designed for industries that have an existing compressed air supply. It is ideal for applications requiring wide-area humidification with ultra-fine mist distribution. The system operates without electricity, utilizing compressed air at 3 bar pressure with a flow rate of 7 CFM to generate a fine mist that rapidly evaporates into the air.

Working Principle

The Micromist Humidifier uses a Venturi effect to atomize water into fine mist particles:

1.Airflow Generation: Compressed air exits through two precisely drilled holes in the nozzle, creating a high-speed air jet.

2.Water Suction: The Venturi effect generates suction, pulling water from a water bowl into the nozzle.

3.Atomization: As the high-speed air streams collide with the water stream, they break it into ultra-fine droplets, creating a fine mist for effective humidification.

4.Wide Coverage: The system disperses mist in four directions, each stream covering a 10-foot distance, ensuring a 20-foot diameter humidification area.
